Gear question

I finally saved some money to upgrade my workstation for 2021 and am deciding between the following options. Background: I work on design, illustration and animation and currently have a late 2013 Macbook Pro with 8GB of RAM, 512 SSD, an iPad pro with stylus, and a Wacom Intuos media. I work on the full Adobe suite, including Aftereffects, as well as Toonboom Harmony, and am learning Blender. I teach and do commercial design work as a freelancer, and this year I am looking to expand my skills in Toonboom and Blender. I plan on upgrading to a newer Macbook Pro – the new 13-inch one probably with 1TB SSD and 16GB of RAM – and I’m primarily debating whether to upgrade my iPad 12.9 or buy a Cintiq Pro 24 The Cintiq’s screen space is far superior, but I don’t like the clumsiness of the Ergo Stand and wonder if people have any thoughts / comments on how this one works with a VESA mount. Alternatively, does anyone here work on Toonboom or Blender with the iPad pro using Sidecar? It looks like this is still in the early stages and I can’t say how robust it is with more complex animation applications. Any comments would be very helpful! Thanks
