Are there super simple programs that allow stickman animation?

I have a drawing tablet and I want to try making a silly little stickman animation, but it seems like every program I come across is super complex with a million buttons and it overwhelms me. Is there an application that is super simple? Basically it just lets me draw and go to another frame (while looking at a faint outline or whatever from the previous frame) and it has some brush smoothing or something that slows down the pen / brush so I can make things look decent and not jank Basically, flipnote (from ds) would be pretty much perfect
