I need to find this old cartoon

There was a CGI cartoon in 2015-2016 I think. It was a fantasy cartoon where everyone in town had a power (even the garbage man, who could open portals to dump trash) but the main character had more than one power and he accomplished it with some kind of device. Si correctky flew with wings and threw fireballs. The villain had a mask, some armor (dark blue) and a sword, his power was teleportation and he had a flying ship made from the bones of some creatures. I remember he was at Disney XD in Turkey, but I don’t remember.
